The Opportunity

My client is a wealth management company that prides themselves on customer centricity in engaging clients with their money, deeply understanding their needs, educating them about financial matters and partnering with them to deliver tailored solutions.

An addition to their team is required within customer support, enhancing the customer experience within a broad range of financial solutions.


The Role


The Client Support Team is fundamental to the success of the business, as the first point of contact for clients and providers alike.   

As Client Support you will report to the Client Support Manager and constantly be looking to reduce business risk, increase efficiency and improve client outcomes. Your clients being Wealth Managers, Financial Advisors and Scheme providers.

In short, providing an efficient new business processing service, completing research, trades/fund switches, and liaising with product providers, to ensure that new business is set up and processed correctly

Providing administration support in relation to valuations, transfer of servicing and client reviews to allow advisers to conduct efficient and effective client meetings
 
Providing an effective link between the client and the adviser, ensuring that both are kept up to date with all matters relating to their financial affairs

Taking ownership of complaints and participation in business improvement initiatives.


The Candidate

 
You’re going to need to be from a financial services background. Preferably paraplanning / broader wealth management support. However, Pensions expertise as your specialism is also of interest. There’s scope to learn here.

You’ll also need to be competent with IT systems incl. Excel, Data Management systems and related processing.

CII / formal training is desirable.
